D-U-N-S® is a registered trademark of Dun & Bradstreet. All references to “D-U-N-S,” “DUNS,” or “D-U-N-S Number” on this website refer to that trademarked identifier system. This site is not the official issuer of D-U-N-S Numbers, and no use of the mark on this site should be construed as implying sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by Dun & Bradstreet.
Article II — No Affiliation & Our Role
Index Bridge is operated by M/S. Neuroxie, an independent company registered in Brahmanbaria, Bangladesh. We are an independent document-checking and filing service that acts solely on your behalf as the applicant. We are not:
- Affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Dun & Bradstreet.
- An agent, partner, employee, contractor, or representative of Dun & Bradstreet.
- Authorised to issue D-U-N-S® Numbers or to speak, act, negotiate, or correspond on Dun & Bradstreet's behalf — for any purpose.
- Affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any entity owned, controlled, or operated by Dun & Bradstreet.
We do not maintain any commercial, technical, contractual, or operational relationship with Dun & Bradstreet. We never contact Dun & Bradstreet in any capacity other than submitting the filing you commissioned, and we only do that on your behalf.
Article III — Service Scope
The service offered on this website is document-checking and filing preparation for applicants who want to apply for a D-U-N-S® Number. Our scope is strictly limited to:
- Checking the documents you provide for completeness, image readability, and the fields Dun & Bradstreet typically asks for.
- Filling out the Dun & Bradstreet application form using the information you provide to us.
- Submitting your completed filing to Dun & Bradstreet.
- Forwarding any clarifying questions Dun & Bradstreet raises during their review back to you, and passing your responses back to them as part of the same filing.
- Notifying you of the status changes we observe during the filing.
We do not decide, recommend, influence, opine on, or otherwise participate in Dun & Bradstreet's review decisions. We never represent or imply that we are connected to, endorsed by, or authorised by Dun & Bradstreet.
Article IV — No Issuance Authority
The decision to issue a D-U-N-S® Number — including whether to issue one, the assigned number itself, and the processing duration — is the sole authority of Dun & Bradstreet. We do not control this outcome and we make no representations or guarantees regarding it. Article V — Trademark Use
We use the D-U-N-S® mark in its nominative fair-use sense: to refer to the identifier system, to describe the type of service we assist with, and to ensure visitors can find our service when searching for D-U-N-S application assistance. We do not use the mark in any way that suggests D&B's endorsement or sponsorship, and we always display the registered trademark symbol on first use on each page.
Article VI — Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh or through ICC arbitration in accordance with our full Terms of Service.
