Service & Processing Fee

BDT 5,000

Single flat-rate fee for our independent document-checking and filing service. Covers reviewing your documents, completing the Dun & Bradstreet application form using your information, and submitting your filing on your behalf.

D-U-N-S® is a registered trademark of Dun & Bradstreet. This site is not an official Dun & Bradstreet website and we have no relationship with Dun & Bradstreet. We are an independent service provider that checks documents, completes, and submits your filing — nothing more. The decision to issue any D-U-N-S® Number, the number itself, and the processing time remain the sole authority of Dun & Bradstreet.

What we do

  • Check documents — We review the Business License, Trade License, NID, TIN, and BIN you upload for image readability, completeness, and common causes of rejection.
  • Complete your filing — We fill out the Dun & Bradstreet application form using the verified information you provide to us.
  • Submit your filing — We submit the completed filing to Dun & Bradstreet and forward any of their clarifying questions back to you.

What we cannot do

  • We cannot issue the D-U-N-S® Number — only Dun & Bradstreet can.
  • We cannot guarantee approval or influence D&B's internal review timeline.
  • We are not a Dun & Bradstreet agent. We have no authority to speak on their behalf — only on yours.

Typical timeline

  1. You contact us and agree the scope and fee — Day 0.
  2. You send us the required documents and the information we need to complete the filing.
  3. We check your documents and write back if anything is missing or needs to be re-captured — typically 1–3 business days.
  4. We submit your completed filing to Dun & Bradstreet.
  5. Dun & Bradstreet's review takes up to ~30 business days — this part is not under our control.
  6. D&B either issues the D-U-N-S® Number or sends clarifying questions. We forward those questions to you and help you respond — we never answer on your behalf.
