By using this service, you accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our D-U-N-S® Disclaimer. If you do not accept, do not use this service.

2. Service description

We are an independent document-checking and filing service. We check the documents you upload, complete the Dun & Bradstreet application form using the information you provide, submit the filing on your behalf, and forward any clarifying questions Dun & Bradstreet raises back to you. The fee is a flat BDT 5,000 per filing.

We are not a Dun & Bradstreet agent, partner, or representative. We have no relationship with Dun & Bradstreet other than the filings you commission.

3. No issuance guarantee

We do not issue the D-U-N-S® Number. Issuance is the sole authority of Dun & Bradstreet. We make no representation or guarantee that any filing we submit will result in issuance, and we are not responsible for Dun & Bradstreet's review timeline or decision. We do not opine on, influence, or participate in Dun & Bradstreet's review process beyond the work you have commissioned from us.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and your business.
  • Submit only documents that belong to you or your business, and that you are entitled to share.
  • Respond to our document-check queries within a reasonable time.
  • Respond directly to any clarifying questions Dun & Bradstreet raises, once we forward them to you.
  • Refrain from using this service to obtain a D-U-N-S® Number for a non-existent business or for fraudulent purposes.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In summary: we do not offer partial refunds. The service fee is non-refundable except where the rejection of your filing is attributable to our fault or irresponsibility and you have fully complied with your obligations under these Terms and our document / information requests.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this service is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any application that, in our reasonable judgement, involves fraud, abuse, or material breach of these Terms. Statutory record retention still applies.

8. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes are resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which through the courts of Bangladesh or ICC arbitration in English.
