Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how M/S. Neuroxie (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles personal data submitted through the Index Bridge portal at duns.neuroxie.com. It applies to information you give us directly (documents you send us for filing, the information you provide when engaging our service, payment transaction details) and information collected automatically (IP, user-agent, payment gateway metadata).

2. What we collect

If you engage our service, we collect:

  • Identity & contact: full name, email, phone number(s).
  • Business identifiers: business name, BIN, TIN.
  • Documents you send us: Business License, Trade License, NID card, TIN certificate, BIN certificate (JPEG/PDF).
  • Audit metadata: IP address, user agent, timestamps, payment gateway transaction IDs.

3. Lawful basis

We process the above on the basis of contractual necessity (delivering the assistance service you requested) and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, statutory record-keeping, defence of legal claims).

4. Encryption & security

Documents you send us are encrypted at rest using Fernet (AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256). The encryption key is stored separately from the database. In transit, all data is protected by TLS 1.3. Only authorised staff can decrypt documents for review.

5. Payment data

Payment processing is delegated entirely to SSLCommerz, bKash, and ShurjoPay. We never see or store your full card number or bank credentials. We only retain the gateway transaction ID, amount, currency, status, and timestamp.

6. Retention

  • Operational data (engagement details, audit metadata): retained for the lifetime of the engagement plus 7 years for statutory / audit purposes.
  • Documents you send us: deleted within 30 days after the engagement is closed, unless retention is required by law.

7. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share:

  • With Dun & Bradstreet, only the information from your completed filing that is needed to submit it to them. We do not share with Dun & Bradstreet under any other circumstance, and we do not maintain any other relationship with them.
  • With our payment gateways (SSLCommerz, bKash, ShurjoPay), only the data needed to process your payment.
  • With authorities, only when compelled by valid legal process (we notify you where law permits).

We are not a Dun & Bradstreet agent or partner. We have no relationship with Dun & Bradstreet beyond submitting the filings you commission.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, and the right to data portability. Contact duns-support@neuroxie.com. We action verified requests within 30 calendar days.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (session, CSRF protection). We do not use advertising, behavioural, or third-party tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

10. Children's privacy

This service is for adult business owners and authorised representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
